Information You Provide

We may collect various types of personal information from you which may include your name, email address, mailing address, month and year of your birth, your preferences and interests, or other information you provide to us or grant us access to, such as Device Identifiers, basic account information, and related product and service usage information, (“Your Information”) when you register for an account or newsletters, communicate with us, or take part in interactive games, features or competitions. We may also collect information that you enter on our Site, such as photographs, video images, posts or other content that you may upload to the Site (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”).

We may use a variety of technologies that collect and provide information about how the Site is accessed and used as well as demographic information about the users of the Site which we may obtain from third parties such as Google (“Usage Information”).  Usage Information may consist of the Site pages you viewed, the time you viewed them, which films or other content you accessed, in what language, demographic information about you (such as your age, gender and interest areas, where available) and what pages you looked at before viewing the current page so that we get a better idea of how our users interact with our Site and can then tailor and improve accordingly. Most Usage Information that we collect generally can't be linked to you individually, but if we can link it to you then we treat it as Your Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We automatically collect your device-specific information, such as the hardware model, settings, operating system version, IP address or other unique identifier for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device (collectively, “Device”) you use to access the Site. A unique identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device when you access a web site or its servers, and our computers identify your Device by this number (“Device Identifier”). Some service providers may also provide us with the physical location of the Device used to access the Site, and we may collect and store information locally on your Device using mechanisms such as application data caches.

You may also engage in activities on third party sites, such as participation in a Facebook application where you allow us to have access to information about you. In addition, we may receive Your Information if other users of a third party website give us access to their profiles and you are one of their “connections” or similar feature. When we obtain Your Information through these activities, subject to your consent where required by applicable law, we treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The information obtained by the third party is not governed by this Privacy Policy, and instead is governed by any terms applicable to your relationship with such third party.
